Hey Fast Jimmy's Jam Peoples,

Fast Jimmy here (James Robert Hale II). I'm declaring here with you as my witnesses, all rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, etc., that are legally granted when publishing something on the internet, for the phrases "water bottle assisted walking" and "water bottle assisted running". The definitions being to use a 1 liter plastic water bottle to help propel oneself when walking or running. It is my intent this become a new extreme sport, perhaps some day an Olympic sport as some extreme sports have become. Note I'm only quasi serious about this. I'm just covering my ass in case I do decide to get serious about it :)
